Would you like to have a fun, satisfying and exciting experience with your children?
We have just what you are looking for: a climbing lesson designed especially for families. You will reach a crag suitable for all levels, in the province of Verona, and together you will discover a sport that is perfect for spending time together and in contact with nature.
Not only that, thanks to the guidance of a qualified alpine instructor, you will learn the basic techniques of sport climbing, surrounded by the wonderful landscape of the Lake Garda area.
What we will do
We will meet with the instructor in Rivoli Veronese (VR), who will welcome us and accompany us by the organisation's vehicles to the chosen crag. The staff will choose crags in the vicinity with care, preferring walls that are ideal for both children and adults, so that everyone can have a satisfying experience.
Once we arrive at our destination, the instructor will prepare theequipment and ropes (included) and give a short theoretical briefing. He will show us the equipment and explain climbing techniques.
After that, we will be the protagonists. The guide will test us with a series of small exercises with which we will acquire the fundamental techniques for moving on the rock. We will learn, for example, breath control and posture so that we can maintain the right balance.
The last phase of the lesson will be dedicated to safety. In other words, the instructor will explain the safety rules to protect ourselves and our loved ones while climbing.
Finally, we will return to the starting point. The lesson lasts approximately 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age. No special requirements or previous experience are necessary.

Classes are held throughout the year on the days indicated in the calendar.
The instructors choose the crags according to weather conditions and the level of the lesson participants.
Free parking is available near the meeting point.
