What we will do
The appointment is at 8.30 a.m. in Sassari to start the activity punctually at 9 a.m. After introductions, we will drive to the 'Dimensione verticale' crag, about 5-10 minutes away.
Once there, we will begin with an overview of the technical equipment needed for climbing: harness, rope, quickdraws, belay device, shoes, lanyard, magnesite, and more. We will delve into the characteristics and use of each tool, ensuring that you can use them safely and efficiently.
Afterwards, you will discover rock progression techniques, learn the art of maintaining balance and how to conserve energy, becoming master of your body and the wall. This theoretical preparation will give you the confidence to tackle your first real challenge: climbing a natural rock face!
And once up there, with the view of Sassari at your feet and theadrenaline pumping, you will understand the true meaning of the word 'freedom'.
We will finally return to the starting point, for a total duration of 3 hours of activity.

The activity is suitable for everyone aged 18 and over and is ideal for a first approach to the discipline.

The lesson takes place all year round, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Technical clothing that allows you to move easily and is suitable for the season is required. Tight-fitting clothes or clothes that are not too loose are recommended as they could make progression on rock more difficult.
