Full description
Try out a new sporting discipline by taking part in a one-and-a-quarter-hour kayaking lesson with a qualified instructor.
Learn the theoretical concepts on land and then put them into practice in the water: once you have mastered the technique of paddling a single kayak, you can venture out into the sea, with the constant support of the instructor.
One paddle after another, you will explore the waters facing the famous Poetto Beach in the city of Cagliari.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Cagliari.
The lesson is divided into two parts: one part on land and one part in the water. This will give you the opportunity to get familiar with kayak and paddle before venturing out to sea.
I will teach you the technique of paddling a single kayak: first I will give you the theoretical basis on land and then we will practice it together in the water. Throughout the lesson you will have constant support from me as a qualified instructor.
When we are ready, we will venture into the waters facing the Poetto Beach, in the beautiful seaside setting of Cagliari. One paddle after another, you will soon want to explore the entire coastal area by kayak!
The lesson lasts a total of 1 hour and a quarter.

The activity is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age.
No previous experience is required to participate; the lesson will be customised according to the participant's level.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund!
