Take a private Postural SUP lesson on the beach in Riccione and improve your posture, working on your legs, abdomen and back in a relaxing way. Thanks to specially designed exercises, you will discover how the SUP board can help you listen to your body and correct incorrect postures. It will be a great way to take care of yourself!
What we will do
We will meet on the beach in Riccione at your chosen time. You will be given a SUP board and we will move into the water to start performing posture and stretching exercises.
The SUP board is an excellent ally for posture: thanks to its instability, it will force us to keep the right position at all times, making us work on our legs, buttocks and abdomen. During the lesson, we will learn to listen to our body through breath and movement, understanding which muscles to stress and which to relax.
The posture and stretching exercises that we will perform on the SUP board will help us correct bad habits of everyday life, such as spending too many hours sitting in the office or in front of the computer. By the end of the lesson, we will feel more relaxed and flexible, with greater awareness of our bodies. And, most importantly, we will have burnt up to 600 calories!
At the end of the class, you can freely use the showers and changing rooms at the lido to change. The activity will last about an hour.

The lesson is at an easy level and suitable for everyone from the age of 14. No previous SUP experience is necessary.
