Join a SUP lesson in the Gulf of Sivoli, in Piombino, and learn how to stay upright on the board while paddling!
Surrounded by the beauty of the landscape, you will discover the secrets of staying balanced thanks to the advice of an expert instructor.
What we will do
The appointment is in Piombino (LI), 10 minutes before the time indicated when booking.
We will be welcomed by our instructor, ready to begin the SUP lesson. We will begin with a theoretical part, to understand our level of knowledge and experience with respect to this medium.
Having laid the foundations for approaching the board, we will move onto the water to tackle the more technical aspects of SUP. We will learn in depth paddling techniques, strategies for balancing standing on the board, and manoeuvres to steer it.
Once we have found our technique, we will be able to paddle in absolute tranquillity in the Gulf of Salivoli, admiring the town of Piombino from the sea. And, if we manage to tame our board successfully, we will also be able to peep outside the bay, along the coast!
After a 1-hour SUP lesson, we will finally return to the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age. Participants aged between 5 and 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Swimming skills are required for the activity.
Other information
The activity is available from June to October.
Facilities, storage for personal belongings and a refreshment point are available at the meeting point.
Dogs are not allowed.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; free parking spaces are available on site.
