Is this your first time on SUP? Then this experience is just right for you!
Join our SUP lesson: an experience that takes place partly on land and partly in the water, allowing you to get to grips with the board before venturing out to sea. At your side, a qualified instructor accompanies you as you explore the Bay of Naples.
And after 1.5 hours of lessons, you'll want to paddle in all the seas of the world!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Naples (NA). To welcome you on your arrival there will be me, my SUP boards and the sea of the Gulf of Naples!
The SUP lesson will initially take place on land, with a 20-minute explanation of the basics of the discipline. We will then put into practice what we have learned in the water: starting from Villa Volpicelli, we will venture offshore to Villa Lauro, passing by the Baia del Cenito and the Grotta Romana.
As a qualified instructor, I will support and advise you all along the way, always on board my SUP board.
The experience lasts a total of 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the experience.
Other information
The tour is available from January to December subject to weather and sea conditions.
A changing room with showers and lockers is available at the meeting point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Policy di cancellazione section.
