Full description
Regenerate and treat yourself to a wellness break with a SUP yoga lesson at dawn in the Gulf of Naples.
You will reach the small bay chosen for the lesson directly by SUP, paddling on the waters in front of the Posillipo hill at first light. Using the board as a mat, you'll enjoy the calm and peaceful yoga practice that allows you to connect with nature and the water element.

What we will do
We will meet in the Posillipo district of Naples. After a warm welcome at our school, we will provide you with all theequipment you need to make the most of this experience.
We will pick up our SUPs and head for the small beach in front of Villa Lauro, with a pleasant 20-minute paddle. The SUP boards will be our mat, and the feeling of floating in harmony with nature will leave us speechless.
Sunrise is the best time to do yoga in the sea because the water is calm, the sun is low and there is little noise. An almost unreal peace for a city as big and alive as Naples!
The instructor will guide us through the lesson for 50 minutes, so that we can perform the exercises to the best of our ability and find true contact with the water element around us. The lesson is designed to combine physical activity and mental well-being so that we can recharge our batteries and face the rest of the day with energy.
At the end of the lesson, we will remove the ropes and return in SUP to the starting point. The activity will last 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The class is suitable for everyone from the age of 12. Minors may also participate on their own, with a release form signed by the parent.
The ability to swim is required.
Other information
The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 participants.
The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions: in the event of unfavourable weather conditions, the lesson will take place in the bay of Villa Lauro, the bay of Riva Fiorita.
At the end of the activity, it is possible to use the cold-water showers at the school premises.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund!
