See Naples and then... paddle!
Join a fun-filled 2-hour SUP experience that will take you through the beauty of the Posillipo coastline, past sheltered bays and historic villas.
Together with an experienced instructor, you'll learn the basics of Stand Up Paddle (and achieve enviable balance!), while enjoying the view of the city from your board in the middle of the sea.
What we will do
We will meet in Naples, in the Posillipo district, where our instructor will welcome us and hand over all the equipment necessary for our SUP experience.
After a short technical briefing, we will move on to the first practical exercises to familiarise ourselves with the Stand Up Paddle board, learn how to paddle and keep our balance.
Once we are satisfied with our lesson, we will start paddling along the coast for anexcursion among the hidden coves and historic villas of Posillipo, such as the Villa di Grotta Marina, famous for hosting some scenes in Sorrentino's film Parthenope .
Depending on the route taken(between 1 and 3 km) we can paddle towards the bay of San Pietro ai Due Frati, a paradise hidden among rocks and vegetation, or in the other direction towards the majestic Palazzo Donn'Anna. The itinerary will be adapted to both the participants' abilities and the sea conditions, to ensure maximum fun and safety at all times.
During the tour we will be able to stop for short breaks and dive into the water, while the sea at Posillipo will give us an unparalleled view of the city of Naples. If we like, the instructor will take pictures of us with his phone as a souvenir of the activity.
At the end of the excursion, we will return to the starting point. TheSUP excursion will last about 2 hours, and the activity will last about 3 hours in total, including briefing and transfers.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 14 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at the meeting point, but may participate alone.
Swimming skills are required.

The activity is available all year round.
Thetour itinerary will be adapted by the instructor according to the weather and sea conditions on the day and the level of the group.
Outdoor showers are available at the meeting point and there is a box where you can leave your personal belongings.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; paid parking spaces are available on site.
Dogs are not allowed to participate.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
