Immerse yourself in a new dimension of relaxation and well-being with a Yoga SUP lesson in Riccione. This discipline combines balance on the board, yoga positions and the beauty of the sea to give you a unique experience.
During the one-hour lesson you will discover the philosophy and movements ofAshtanga yoga on a Stand Up Paddle board, in the company of a qualified teacher. If sunbathing on the beach is what you have always dreamed of, join us!
What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before 9 a.m. on the beach in Riccione (RN). The instructors will provide us with the SUP board and accompany us into the water for the Ashtanga yoga lesson with a master of this discipline.
Before starting the lesson, we will do a short warm-up to get familiar with the board and the water. Then we will perform a sequence of yoga positions designed specifically to be done on the board, guided by the teacher's voice.
It will be a magical and engaging experience, where contact with the water will make us feel even more connected to nature. We will be able to relax and concentrate on executing the positions, while having fun keepingour balance on the board.
At the end of the lesson, we can continue our day at the beach in complete relaxation, taking all the benefits of this lesson with us, and use the showers and changing rooms at the lido.
The activity will last approximately one hour.

No previous SUP experience is necessary.
