You only need one night to regenerate, with our wellness stay in Pisogne: the package includes overnight stay in the hotel with breakfast, entrance to the spa, swimming pool and fitness room. What we will do
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards at the meeting point in Pisogne (BS). Your stay takes place in a hotel with spa, in the beautiful setting of Lake Iseo.
On reception, you will receive the keys to your standard double room: the room measures 15 square metres and overlooks the village or the mountains; it has a private bathroom with shower, personal hygiene products, towels and hairdryer on request, TV, safe, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.
Once changed for the occasion, you will have access to the hotel's numerous facilities (from 10:00 to 19:00): fitness room, outdoor swimming pool with solarium and spa. The spa consists of a jacuzzi and infrared sauna outside; inside there is a sauna, Turkish bath, experience showers, ice cascade and a scenic Finnish tub with an artificial starry sky. There is also a relaxation area with herbal teas available. Admission to the spa lasts two hours.
The experience is enriched by the Zero Body Dry Floating Experience: a lounger with a zero-gravity dry floating effect, which uses water technology without getting wet. To experience a sensation of physical and mental regeneration, reducing muscle tension and improving microcirculation. The Zero Body Dry Floating Experience is individual and lasts 10 minutes per person.
The next morning, you will be greeted with a continental breakfast buffet based on local and homemade products, served in the hotel restaurant. The unique panoramic view of Lake Iseo will keep you company !

Caution! The outdoor pool is not heated and is generally accessible from May to September when temperatures permit.
It is open from April to October (except August).
Check-in is from 15: 00 to 21: 00; check-out is by 10: 30 the following day. It is possible to leave any luggage in storage before check-in and after check-out.
The spa is shared with other hotel guests.

Dogs are allowed in the room (but not in the spa, swimming pool and fitness room): please contact the property at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report the presence of your four-legged friend; a cleaning fee of €15. 00 per animal per night, payable locally, is required.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
