He who finds a friend finds a treasure, but he who finds a table set in the middle of a vineyard finds happiness! If you thought Villasimius was just postcard sea, get ready to change your mind one glass (and one dish) after another.
Come and discover the organic wine cellar Colline del Vento in Villasimius (CA). A walk among the rows of vines and a lunch or dinner in the shade of a centuries-old carob tree, with genuine Sardinian specialities and excellent organic wines await you!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Colline del Vento winery in Villasimius in the province of Cagliari, in the Brennas locality. We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this eno-gastronomic journey.
We will begin the experience with a walk through the rows of vines, during which the guide will explain their organic production philosophy, oriented towards the cultivation and enhancement of Cannonau and Vermentino.
We will then continue with a moment dedicated to recognising some of the typical plants and shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis that surround the vineyards, breathing in the authentic aromas of the territory.
At the end of the guided tour, we will sit at a table in the shade of the cool branches of a centuries-old carob tree. This will be the ideal opportunity to share a genuine, convivial meal in a unique atmosphere.
The menu will include a platter of typical Sardinian products with pecorino cheese, sausage, bread, and extra virgin olive oil, followed by a first course of malloreddus alla campidanese, roast suckling pig and sheep with barbecued potatoes, and traditional Sardinian desserts .
Accompanying these delicacies will be excellent organic red and white house wines selected by the sommelier. Finally, we will conclude with a taste of typical house liqueur.
The experience will last about 3 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and over, as the wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience at a reduced cost.
The facility is accessible to wheelchair users and pushchairs.

The experience takes place throughout the year and is confirmed when there are at least 6 participants.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; however, a transfer service to/from the winery is available on request at an extra cost (on request) .

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
