At Cantina Francesca in Apollosa, you will be guided on a tour of the organic vineyards and the production room, and then get down to business: a full banquet where every sip and every bite is designed to get along better than two old friends at the bar!
An experience that includes a three-course menu paired with 3 carefully selected glasses of wine to enhance every flavour of Sannio!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at Cantina Francesca in Apollosa (BN), in the picturesque setting of the Valle Caudina on the slopes of Monte Taburno. We will be welcomed by the guide who will open the doors of this historic family estate, ready to reveal the secrets of a winemaking tradition rooted in the last century.
We will begin with a walk through the organic vineyards, where we will discover the importance of the local microclimate and the estate's sustainable philosophy. We will then continue the visit inside the renovated old mansion, exploring the production rooms where the magic of winemaking and bottling takes place, a dream realised with dedication by the Francesca family.
The heart of the activity will then move to the table, in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace. A full lunch or dinner awaits, with an appetiser rich in typical Sanniti products, a traditional first course and a second course. Each course will be served with a studied pairing of 3 glasses of wine in total, chosen from our labels (such as Falanghina, Aglianico or Coda di Volpe) to create a perfect combination of food and territory.
The experience will last approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. Wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience free of charge if they do not consume, or by paying on site according to what they eat.
The facility is accessible to persons with mobility problems and wheelchairs.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 6 people.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
