A lovely, relaxing experience, perfect for taking a break from the daily grind
The historic house where we stayed has a special charm: stepping inside and finding yourself surrounded by the brickwork and details that tell the story of the place makes it all very distinctive and enjoyable. nnThe most interesting part, however, was the tour of the wine cellar. It wasn’t just a simple wine tasting, but a journey of discovery into their world, the values they uphold and the wine-making process, all explained with passion and expertise.nThis was followed by a tasting of three wines, with the chance to choose which ones to try, accompanied by explanations from the staff, who were truly helpful and welcoming. All accompanied by a delicious platter of cold cuts!nIn summer, the tour also includes the vineyards, which unfortunately we weren’t able to see in October :cnnApollosa seemed a little too quiet to us, but it remains an experience we’d recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to a break

I’M SPEECHLESS!!
I don’t have any photos because using my mobile was the last thing on my mind. It was a wonderful experience; every detail had been taken care of. The young woman who looked after us told us anecdotes and stories that captivated us. The food was of the very highest quality, and the wine was spectacular. In short, you’d be mad not to book this experience.

Extremely welcoming and high-quality products.nA rich history and tradition brought to life by a team of young, knowledgeable and passionate people. Truly top-class wines and produce, along with carefully prepared and flavourful cuisine, all in a wonderful setting. A marvellous experience – one I’ll definitely repeat.

Lovely place, dedication and meticulousness of a family dedicated to wine. Needless to say, the wine was of the highest quality, personally above all the Coda di Volpe. Beautiful reality

Truly beautiful experience!...
A truly beautiful experience! The route on horseback is a bit tortuous for those who have never ridden it but the tasting at the Cannevale estate was unforgettable, Anna was welcoming and very kind. The view and the history of her estate will leave you speechless.
