This isn’t your usual invitation to lunch. Unless, of course, you’re used to sipping Brunello di Montalcino with every meal!
If, like us, you aren’t that lucky, now is the time to treat yourself (or someone else) to this experience at the Colsereno wine resort in Montalcino, in the heart of the Val d’Orcia. Accompanied by a guide, you’ll tour the historic winery, before rounding off the day with a three-course lunch paired with two glasses of wine, including the famous Brunello.
A comprehensive food and wine experience, from vineyard to table!
What we will do
We’ll meet at 12. 30 pm at the Colsereno winery in Montalcino, in the heart of the Val d’Orcia.
After a brief welcome, we’ll begin our tour of the winery, amongst the barrels and tonneaux, whilst the guide shares some interesting facts and secrets about this family-run business, where organic production meets tradition and technology to create the great wines of Montalcino.
Once the tour is over, we’ll be shown into the tasting room to begin the most delicious part of the experience! We’ll be served a three-course lunch ( starter with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, a first course of fresh, handmade pasta with flavourful sauces, and dessert) accompanied by two glasses of wine ( vintage Rosso di Montalcino D. O. C. and Brunello di Montalcino D. O. C. G. ).
It will be a two-hour food and wine journey, exploring the aromas and flavours of the most authentic Tuscany .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone; the wine tasting is restricted to participants of legal age only. Any accompanying minors may take part at a reduced rate.
The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The experience takes place from March to November, except on Sundays, and is confirmed once a minimum of two participants have been reached.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available: if you have any food intolerances or dietary requirements, please contact the venue using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know.
Small dogs are permitted.
The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport; there is ample free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
