In the province of Turin, on a tranquil lake surrounded by greenery, an unusual stay awaits you: a night on a real houseboat, where relaxation meets design and the atmosphere is perfect for unplugging.
Climb aboard and be surprised by the comfort of a room overlooking the water, with breakfast served directly on board. If that's not romance !
What we will do
Check-in is from 16: 00 for the houseboat Viral or from 15: 00 for the houseboat Sky, at the Fiano pond (TO). Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the staff and escorted to your houseboat.
When booking, you can choose between two types of houseboat:
- Viral houseboats offer a double room, terrace with armchairs and coffee table, breakfast table and private bathroom complete with shower, toilet and sink. There is also an armchair bed for an additional guest.
- the Sky houseboat is more spacious and includes a kitchenette with cooking utensils, dining table, private bathroom complete with shower, bidet, toilet and sink, as well as a king-size bed with skylight for star gazing and a double sofa bed for any additional guests. The outdoor space is double: in addition to the terrace overlooking the lake, there is also a walkable rooftop furnished with outdoor seating.
In both accommodations there is a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, bed and bath linen , disposable soaps, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning.
During your stay you can relax on the terrace, stroll along the path that runs along the Fiano lake or explore the surroundings, including nature and outdoor activities such as horse riding and e-bike excursions. The accommodation is located a short distance from the Parco della Mandria, Europe's largest enclosed nature park, a former royal hunting reserve.
Dinner (not included) is served in the adjacent restaurant, while breakfast (included) is served directly on the houseboat and includes coffee or cappuccino, juice and croissants.
Check-out is by 10: 30 the following morning.
Who it is aimed at
The Viral houseboats can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons, while the Sky houseboat can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge; a cot is available on request.
The Sky houseboat is also wheelchair-accessible, while the Viral houseboats are not accessible for persons with mobility problems.
Other information
The experience is available all year round. Check-in is from 15: 00 for the Sky houseboat and 16: 00 for the Viral houseboats, and check-out is by 10: 30.
If you have food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the organiser after booking to inform them in advance.
Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20€ for final cleaning.
The resort can be reached by public transport (nearest bus stop 1. 5 km away) . Free parking is right next to the accommodation, accessible by remote control provided by the property.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
