If fire could talk, it would tell stories like this.
The story of an evening in which the soundtrack is the crackling of the flames and the background the starry sky. Live an authentic and timeless experience in a mountain hut in Val Chisone: enjoy dinner next to the bonfire and stay for a night in a private room.
In the morning, a genuine breakfast and a view of the surrounding mountains will make it all just perfect. A story to go on and on!
What we will do
The meeting point is at the indicated point in Pramollo (TO). Once you have parked your car, to reach the hut where the dinner and overnight stay will be held , you can either walk along a 2.5 km dirt road (about 40 minutes, an easy route suitable for everyone), or request the 4x4 shuttle service available for small groups on payment. We recommend arriving from 18:00; dinner will start between 19:00 and 20:00.
The evening will have at its centre the large panoramic brazier of the refuge, located at an altitude of 1,500 metres in Val Chisone, amidst alpine pastures and larch woods. Seated around the bonfire, you will enjoy a buffet of mixed hors d'oeuvres, followed by the typical Fujot, a single dish served in terracotta with meat and vegetables, cooked over the fire. Dinner will end around 9.30 p.m. with the house dessert, but you can stay as long as you like in front of the bonfire, chatting and enjoying the mountain night.
After dinner, you will settle down in the hut in your double or family room, equipped with private bathroom with shower, linen, shampoo and soap kit, hairdryer, wardrobe and wood-burning stove.
In the morning, a wholesome breakfast awaits you in the hut, with plenty of home-made sweet and savoury products to start you off with the right amount of energy. After breakfast, you can take advantage of the day to take a walk along the high-altitude paths, thanks also to the advice of the hut managers, or you can return to your car.

Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children up to the age of 5 stay free of charge, but must inform the organisers of their presence at the contact details given in the booking confirmation email. Baby cots are available on request.
The route to the hut and the surrounding area are not suitable for wheelchairs or people with mobility problems.
In order to reach the hut where the picnic takes place, it is necessary to be able to walk along a 2.5 km dirt road, along an easy route suitable for everyone. Alternatively, it is possible to request a transfer service for a fee (see specifications in 'Other information').

The experience takes place from 1 May to 15 November, on Saturday evenings.
Accommodation will be in a double room (up to 2 persons) or a family room (up to 4 persons in 2 double beds 140x200). Each room has a private en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
If you have food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the organiser at the contact details given in the confirmation e-mail to arrange alternatives. Vegetarian options are also available for dinner.
Small dogs are allowed, with an extra charge of €30 payable locally.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. To reach the hut from the meeting point, you can either trek 2.5 km on a dirt road or opt for a paid 4x4 transfer service (10€ per person round trip or 5€ each way, max. 6 people at a time).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
