Climb aboard an off-road vehicle and be accompanied to the most remote and evocative corners of the Gargano National Park and the Foresta Umbra.
Enjoy anexcursion on dirt tracks through the woods, admire the fascinating Gargano landscapes, centuries-old olive groves and enchanting views of the sea.

What we will do
We will meet at 10:00 a .m. in Vieste, in the locality of Santa Lucia. We will meet the guide who will take us on tour, and after an introductory briefing we will get into the 4x4 jeep and set off on our excursion.
We will drive along the wild paths of the Foresta Umbra, a green lung of 15,000 hectares, characterised by vegetation so thick that light almost does not penetrate it (hence the name 'umbra', in the sense of shady).
On board the 4x4 vehicle, we will be able to reach the most inaccessible corners and admire incredible views of the sea. In the meantime, the guide will tell us stories and curiosities about the area and take us to the best vantage points where we will get off to explore the surroundings on foot and take some photos.
For lunch we will stop at a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, where a lunch of typical Apulian products and DOC wine will be waiting for us. After eating, we will leave on board the off-road vehicle to continue our panoramic tour and return to base around 16:00.

This activity is bookable from March to November, weather permitting.
The off-road vehicle can accommodate 8 passengers plus the driver. There is no driving by activity participants.
