In Greve in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti hills, an experience awaits you that combines extra virgin olive oil and mixology in a truly original way.
You’ll take part in a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil, which will conclude with a special toast, accompanied by a selection of local appetisers!
What we will do
The event takes place in Greve in Chianti, in the province of Florence, in the heart of the Chianti hills, amidst vineyards and typical Tuscan landscapes. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will introduce us to an experience dedicated to extra virgin olive oil and mixology.
We’ll begin our ‘journey of taste’ with a guided tasting of three extra virgin olive oils, learning to recognise their aromas and qualities through professional tasting techniques.
Next, we’ll sample a creative cocktail made with the farm’s own produce, such as its extra virgin olive oil or an iris spirit. It’ll be a chance to discover unique and unusual pairings, making the toast even more special! Along with the drink, we will also be served an aperitif with local nibbles .
The experience will last approximately 1 hour, including the tasting and the final session dedicated to mixology.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, but alcoholic drinks are only served to adults. Children aged 0 to 3 participate free of charge, whilst participants aged 4 to 12 are entitled to a 20% discount.
The venue is accessible to people with disabilities or mobility issues.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
