Has riding a steed been your dream since childhood? Make it come true with a one-and-a-half-hour horseback ride in the Abruzzo hills near Teramo.
Anexperience suitable for everyone that will allow you to learn the techniques for approaching your animal, with an equestrian guide ready to help you step by step.
Saddle up and explore the Abruzzo countryside, riding through rivers, hills and suggestive natural views: it will be truly unforgettable!
What we will do
We will meet at the stables in the Bellante (TE) area, at the time selected during the booking process.
For neophytes, we will do an initial approach to the horse and a 10-15 minute briefing to explain the main techniques for handling the animal. For those who already have some experience on horseback, it will be a brief review of American riding.
Once the theoretical part is over, we will mount the saddle to begin the walk. We will cross the Salinello river, taking in some stretches of water, to experience the thrill of crossing a river on the back of a horse.
Proceeding at a leisurely pace, we will immerse ourselves in the Abruzzo countryside surrounding the municipality of Bellante. Throughout the excursion we will be accompanied by our equestrian guide, who will follow us on horseback to ensure maximum safety.
We will return to the stables after the 1.5-hour excursion.
Who it is aimed at
Activity suitable for everyone from 14 years of age and under 100 kg. No previous horse riding experience is necessary.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

The activity takes place all year round, subject to weather conditions and the guide's availability.
The riding school cannot be reached by public transport.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund!
