Test yourself withOutdoor Training, experiential learning in nature.
In an Outdoor Centre immersed in nature, not far from Rome, you will face an adventurous one-and-a-half hour balance training with your family or friends on suspended platforms, ziplines and rope swings.
You will engage in fun and exciting exercises that will get you out of your comfort zone and discover your hidden resources.
What we will do
The appointment is at the Rome Outdoor Centre, where we will be welcomed by the staff. After a short briefing, we will be given ourequipment (helmet and safety harnesses) and we will go to the Sky Frame, the structure selected for our adventure trail.
The Sky Frame is a unique multifunctional structure, specially designed for various individual but above all group activities. It is up to 9 metres high and is structured around specific exercises:
- Trapeze: with a height of 7 m, the exercise consists of climbing a peg pole and jumping, holding onto a trapeze.
- BalanceBeam: a balancing exercise consisting of walking on a 20 cm wide pole. The poles are placed at two different heights of 5 and 8 m.
- Jacob's Ladder: group exercise consisting of climbing up a swing of poles to a height of 8 m.
- Milk Crate: exercise for four or more people consisting of building a vertical structure out of milk crates. The height is 10 m.
- All on Board: exercise consisting of climbing a pole with rungs up to a 40x40 cm platform, with a final height of 7 m. It is carried out with at least 8 people (4 do the "safety" and 4 carry out the climb).
At the guides' discretion, we can also try the Zip Wire: secured to a suspended pulley that starts at a height of 10 m, we will cross the entire park in a matter of seconds, for a pure adrenalin rush.
During the entire 1.5-hour ride, we will be assisted by guides to ensure maximum safety.

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 10.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
