Those who love teamwork, and those who prefer to take on challenges as protagonists. If you belong to the latter category, packrafting is the experience for you!
In Ragogna, a stable and light single-seater rubber dinghy is waiting for you to cross the Tagliamento river, following the rhythm of the river and the voice of the guides who tell its secrets and transformations.
A2½-hour adventure to discover Friuli Venezia-Giulia in a more entertaining way than ever before!
What we will do
The appointment is at the indicated time at the meeting point in Ragogna (UD), where we will meet the guide who will accompany us throughout the activity.
Here, we will be given ourequipment, after which we will listen to a technical briefing in which the characteristics of the packraft, how to conduct it, the main safety rules and theriver environment we will be crossing will be explained.
The adventure will begin from the beach at the Cimano Bridge. From here, we will paddle for about ten kilometres along a stretch of the Tagliamento River, crossing intertwined river branches and gravel banks that shape an ever-changing landscape.
Along the way, the guides will provide naturalistic and geological observations, accompanied by short stories related to the area. If conditions permit, halfway or at the end of the route we can even stop for a swim!
After about 1 hour and 15 minutes, we will return to the meeting point. The total duration of the experience will be about 2 ½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 15; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the activity.
The activity is not suitable for people who are pregnant, have heart problems or have undergone recent surgery.

Attention! The location of the activity may vary depending on weather conditions.
The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
There are no changing rooms on site. We recommend arriving with your swimming costume already on. Any personal items can be stored in the waterproof bag provided.
Accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point where there is a bar/restaurant.
