Full description
Discover the Val d'Orcia with a quad bike excursion and immerse yourself in the postcard landscapes of the Sienese countryside, characterised by rolling hills and rows of cypress trees.
Admire the views of some of Tuscany's most beautiful villages, such as Pienza, Monticchiello and Montepulciano, and enjoy riding the quad bike on dirt tracks and forest paths.
This 2-hour tour will be an enchanting journey into the heart of the Val d'Orcia, providing you with thrills, stunning views and... a pinch of adrenaline!
What we will do
We will meet at the Tenimenti Andreucci at Podere Pozzuolo in Pienza (SI). We will meet the guide who will accompany us on the tour, and first we will have an introductory briefing and a test drive to get familiar with the quads.
Starting from the farm, we will move in the direction of the town of Pienza, driving around it to admire it from all angles. After that, we will take the road to Monticchiello, one of the most characteristic villages in the area. Again, we will not enter the alleys of the historic centre, but will stop at a viewpoint to observe the wide view of the wonderful hills of the Val d'Orcia.
We will then continue along a dirt track through the woods, until we reach another viewpoint, this time over the historic village of Montepulciano (in the case of inexperienced drivers, the guide may decide to avoid the woodland route and choose an easier route variant).
The experience will last a total of 2 hours, for a total distance of approximately 40 km , ending with the return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is open to anyone with a B licence. No previous quad biking experience is required. Children from 6 years of age can also ride as passengers.
Other information
This activity is available from April to October.
The fee of 109€ refers to the driver of the quad bike, while the fee for the passenger is 29€ and there is the possibility of swapping driving. The centre has 6 quad bikes , allowing 6 people to participate as drivers. Each person may bring a passenger for a total of up to 12 participants.
Participants will have to abide by the guide's decision as to whether to vary the route in the final section if it is deemed unsuitable for the drivers' level of experience.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
