Have you always dreamt of flying? Try the incredible experience of soaring lightly through the air, propelled by ascending currents.
With a 30-minute tandem paragliding flight with a professional pilot you can experience unique sensations flying over the magnificent Valley of the Temples at Paestum, one of the largest Greek cities on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The archaeological excavations of Paestum are known worldwide for their three ancient Greek temples, which you can admire from a unique perspective. Enjoy the unforgettable panorama between history and the sea, with a wonderful view of the island of Capri.

What we will do
We will meet with the pilot at the agreed time near Capaccio-Paestum. Once the car is parked, we will head together with the pilot to the take-off area with a 5-10 minute walk.
Once at the site, the instructor will give a pre-flight briefing to provide all the necessary information: from general indications on how the paraglider works to slinging procedures, from the winds of the day to the rules and behaviour to adopt in flight.
In flight, we will see a wonderful panorama of the archaeological site of Paestum, with the sea and the island of Capri in the distance. We will experience a feeling of absolute freedom and lightness, letting ourselves be carried away by the wind currents. The pilot will take care of everything, while we will only have to enjoy the flight comfortably seated and in total safety.
The flight will last between 20 and 30 minutes, depending on wind conditions, after which we will make a soft landing near the meeting point.
Between briefings, pre-flight preparation and various transfers, the experience will last up to one hour.
Who it is aimed at
Suitable for everyone over the age of 10. No specific experience or expertise is required, you only need to be able to do a small run-up and weigh between 25 kg and 110 kg. For minors,parental authorisation is required.

Pleasenote: arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the agreed time.
You can request a photo and video service of the experience shot with GoPro by the pilot and shared with micro SD for an extra cost of 10€ (to be paid on site). Contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to request this.
Important: Paragliding is an activity closely linked to weather and wind conditions. It can be booked and carried out all year round, but will only be confirmed if the weather conditions are compatible with maximum safety for participants. After carefully assessing the weather, the pilot will contact you a day or two before to confirm the feasibility of the flight, the time and the exact meeting point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
