Do you dream of flying free in the sky? Experience the thrill of paragliding with a flight from Castel San Giorgio and admire the beautiful village in Campania, surrounded by a crown of mountains, from above.
The very small size, the practicality of preparation, and the ease of learning to pilot in the initial stages make paragliding fun and suitable for everyone. An experienced instructor will accompany you on this wonderful journey that will allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Naples from a unique perspective. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
We will meet up with the pilot at the agreed time near Castel San Giorgio, in the province of Salerno. Once the car is parked, it will be a 20-30 metre walk to the take-off area.
The instructor will give a pre-flight briefing to provide all the necessary information, from the functioning of the paraglider to the procedures for slinging, to curiosities about the wind and the flight we are going to make.
Once in the air, it will be the updrafts that will sustain us and gradually lower us in altitude. We will see a wonderful panorama of the Gulf of Naples, Vesuvius in all its majesty, and the beautiful Ischia, the green island surrounded by turquoise sea.
The flight will last 20 to 30 minutes, depending on wind conditions, after which we will land gently on a field near the meeting point.
Between briefing, pre-flight preparation and flight, the experience will last about 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 10. No special experience or skills are required, just a weight between 30 kg and 120 kg.
For minors, parental authorisation is required.

Pleasenote: arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the agreed time.
You can request a photo and video service of the experience shot with GoPro by the pilot and shared with micro SD for an extra cost of 10€ (to be paid on site). Contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to request this.
Important: Paragliding is an activity closely linked to weather and wind conditions. It can be booked and carried out all year round, but will only be confirmed if the weather conditions are compatible with maximum safety for participants. After carefully assessing the weather, the pilot will contact you a day or two before to confirm the feasibility of the flight, the time and the exact meeting point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
