Full description
Experience an authentic adventure withHike&Fly at Alpe del Nevegal, in the province of Belluno.
You will cover about 1.5 km of mountain paths until you reach the Brigata refuge, from where you will take off in a paraglider. Taking off from the plateau, you will be treated to a spectacular view of the Valbelluna during sunset.
In tandem with a professional pilot, you will carry out the activity in the utmost comfort and safety. So, ready to fly?
What we will do
The meeting point with the pilot is in the Nevegal area, in the province of Belluno. Together with him we will set off in an off-road vehicle to reach the starting point of the excursion, about 10 minutes away.
We will put our rucksacks on our shoulders and begin a trek along the ridges to the Brigade Refuge. The route is about 1.5 km (difference in altitude 150m, 45-1:00h). We will be able to enjoy the majesty of the Belluno Pre-Alps and breathe in the clean mountain air.
Upon arrival at the refuge, the pilot will give a pre-flight briefing on how paragliders work and the rules of conduct to carry out the activity with maximum safety. Afterwards, we will be ready for take-off. It will only take a few steps downhill together with the pilot, and in no time we will find ourselves suspended in the air, carried along by the ascending currents.
We will admire the beautiful landscape of the Valbelluna, illuminated by the warm light of sunset. The flight will last about 30/40 minutes (varying according to the wind), during which you will feel a sense of absolute lightness and freedom.
We will touch down with a soft landing near the meeting point. Considering travel, briefing, preparation and flight, the activity lasts a total of about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone. Anyone in good health and weighing between 30 and 100 kg can fly.

Attention! Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the departure time.
This activity is bookable from February to November, subject to weather and wind conditions and pilot availability.
Paragliding is an activity that is strongly dependent on weather conditions. The day before the flight, the pilot will confirm the time and course after consulting the latest weather report.
Important: minors must present written and signed parental consent. If consent is not provided, the pilot will not allow participants to take part in the activity and this will not be refunded.
The participation fee includes a video of the experience and a free T-shirt.
Simultaneous flying for up to 4 persons is possible on request and subject to availability of pilots.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
