Tandem 'Plus' paragliding flight in Borso del Grappa (TV)

Do you dream of flying a paraglider but haven't yet found the courage to do so?

Reach Borso del Grappa, in the province of Treviso, on the slopes of the Massicio del Grappa, and put yourself in the hands of an expert pilot for an unforgettable flight through the skies of the Veneto.

Weather permitting, you will be able to pilot the paraglider, before returning with your feet on the ground full of adrenaline and happiness.

What we will do

The meeting point for the activity is in Borso del Grappa, a small town in the province of Treviso, at the foot of the Grappa Massif and close to the beautiful town of Bassano del Grappa.

Here you will meet the pilot who will accompany you on this wonderful flying experience. You will then board a minibus to a take-off point between 700 and 1,000 metres above sea level, to be chosen depending on the weather conditions of the day. The transfer will take about 20 minutes.

Before take-off, it will be time for a briefing to learn the basic rules of a paragliding flight and enjoy an exceptional experience in complete safety. The thrill will be indescribable when, after a short run down, you will be carried away by the updrafts, the same ones used by birds of prey .

On a clear day, you will be able to observe a large part of the Veneto region from above, from the Prosecco hills, a Unesco heritage site, to the Adriatic Sea. The flight will last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the wind, and the pilot will let you try to fly the paraglider if conditions permit.

The landing will take place at the initial meeting point. At the end, you will be given photos and videos of the experience to keep forever, along with a gadget and a baptism of flight certificate to frame when you return home with a smile on your face.

The activity lasts a total of about 1 hour and 30 minutes, including transfers, the briefing and the flight itself.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for people with good physical fitness and agility, who are able to complete the short run to take off.

The recommended age is 16 to 65. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied on site by a parent. If you are over 65, please contact us: the pilot will have to assess the feasibility of the experience before booking.

Participants must weigh between 50 and 95 kg for males, and between 50 and 75 kg for females.

Other information

The activity is available all year round, subject to weather conditions.

Important: paragliding is an activity strongly influenced by the weather. If the weather forecast is inadequate, the flight will be cancelled or postponed to a later date by the pilot for safety reasons.

If, due to weather conditions, the flight should last less than planned, participants will receive a complimentary high definition video montage with music of the flight, made with a GoPro camera and shared via email in the days following the experience.

Participants weighing between 50 kg and 60 kg are recommended to take the activity during the morning or late afternoon hours; those weighing between 60 kg and 95 kg are recommended to book a slot during the middle of the day. After booking confirmation, the pilot will advise on thebest time to fly according to weight.

Simultaneous flights of up to 4/6 people are possible, subject to pilot availability.

There is a service and refreshment point near the landing site.
