Are you fascinated by the idea of flying and can you see yourself in the shoes of a pilot?
Then our ultralight piloting experience in Latina is just the thing for you.
In a well-balanced mix of theory and practice, a professional pilot will introduce you to the world of aviation and take you aboard atwo-seater ultralight with dual controls. It will be your moment to experience the thrill of flying an aircraft yourself!
And that's not all. At the end of the 4-hour experience, you will not only take home the excitement of your first day as a pilot, but also thecertificate that certifies your fledgling skills!
What we will do
The appointment is at 9 a.m. at the Sezze (LT) flying club. After the welcome and registration, there will be a moment of refreshment during which we will meet those who will share this exciting experience with us.
At 10 a.m. we will start our theoretical session in the classroom. This will be the first step towards approaching the world of aviation, learning all the basics needed to understand the operation and management of the two-seater ultralight.
Next, we will immerse ourselves in the briefing and pre-flight checks (approximately 30 minutes). We will be explained the specifics of the flight mission ahead, including safety checks and pre-flight procedures, to ensure that every detail is clear and well understood.
After this first theoretical part, the most eagerly awaited moment will come: the ultralight flight with a test flight. Buckle up and ... we take off!
We will fly for about 40 minutes over the Pontine countryside, admiring the Circeo and the city of Latina in the distance. Under the supervision of theinstructor, we will have the opportunity to take the controls of the ultralight, experiencing the unique sensation of flying an aircraft.
Upon return, we will have a 30-minute post-mission debriefing, an opportunity to reflect on the experience. The instructor will be on hand to discuss the feelings experienced during the flight and to identify any difficulties, with the aim of providing us with constructive feedback.
Before saying goodbye, the pilot will hand us our certificate in a small ceremony. The activity lasts a total of about 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone aged 16 and over and weighing less than 100 kg. In the case of minors, the presence of parents is obligatory for signing the authorisation.
Other information
Activities are held all year round at weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
The flight school has 5 two-seater aircraft with dual controls.
Important: the activity is strongly subject to weather conditions. A day or two before the scheduled activity, the pilot will contact you to confirm the activity.
Any accompanying persons may stay at the facility and enjoy a free breakfast. Those who wish can also have lunch at the end of the activity at the flying club or at one of the affiliated facilities.
The meeting place is easily accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
