Discover the caves of Marettimo on board a private boat on an incredible half-day tour.
Departing from Marettimo harbour, you will circumnavigate this wild and unspoilt island to discover its most famous caves. You'll explore hidden coves and enchanting vistas, from Grotta del Cammello to the striking Cala Bianca. You'll dive off the boat to swim into the caves, snorkel and relax on board.
All you have to do is choose with whom to share the experience: the skipper and the boat will be at your complete disposal for the duration of the tour.
What we will do
You will meet the skipper at the Scalo Nuovo port in Marettimo. You will then board the 12-seater boat, which will be at your complete disposal for the duration of the tour.
Sailing north, you will immediately admire the first caves: Grotta del Cammello, Grotta del Tuono and Grotta della Pipa. Afterwards, you will make a swimming stop at the Spiaggia del Libano (Lebanon Beach), and then head for Cala Bianca, one of Marettimo's most picturesque.
Once back on the boat, you will continue on to Grotta Perciata, Grotta Dicaredda, Grotta del Presepe and Grotta della Palma. You will be able to observe the characteristics of each, fascinating and mysterious at the same time.
You will reach the Grottine degli Innamorati (Lovers' Grottos), where you can swim in the tunnels that connect the different cavities, admiring the play of light created by the sun's rays penetrating through the cracks. Finally, you will reach the Grotta della Bombarda and the Cala Finocchio Marino, where you can take a last dive before returning.
The activity lasts about three and a half hours.

The activity is available daily from May to October and is reserved for private groups of up to 12 people.
The boat available for the tour is a modernAphrodite boat , 2.65 metres wide and 8 metres long. It is equipped with a 150 hp Yamaha engine, a sun canopy and a ladder.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
