Have you ever tried to count how many colours a sunset has in Puglia?
Climb aboard and set sail from San Foca for a private boat trip among the wonders of the Salento coast, such as the Grotta della Poesia, Torre dell'Orso and Sant'Andrea.
A two-and-a-half-hour experience crowned by a focaccia-scented sunset aperitif!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in San Foca (LE). Awaiting you will be the skipper who will accompany you on your exclusive excursion along the Salento coastline!
You will sail through the archaeological area of Roca Vecchia and pass by the Grotta della Poesia, a natural open-air swimming pool. During the cruise you will stop at beautiful inlets where you can swim and admire the beauty of this stretch of coastline.
You will then head towards Torre dell'Orso, where you can admire Le Due Sorelle, two stacks emerging majestically from the sea, Spiaggia dell'Orso, with its fine golden sand and incredibly transparent waters, and the various sea caves, which you can explore by swimming.
Continuing south for two miles, you will find the splendid Torre Sant'Andrea, a place where nature displays its majesty through the famous stacks and enchanting bays. Finally, you will reach Conca Specchiulla, a hidden gem known for its shallow waters and small secret coves.
The most magical moment will be at sunset, when a Salento apericena will be served with focaccia and other traditional products, accompanied by fresh wine.
Finally, you will sail back to the meeting point lulled by the waves and the light of dusk. The activity will last a total of 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to all, with no age limit. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 may participate in the activity upon signing a waiver from a responsible adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in the activity.
The boat is accessible to people in wheelchairs and those with walking difficulties: it is necessary to communicate this in advance using the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation email.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to October and is reserved for private groups of a maximum of 7 participants.
The boat on which the activity will take place is an Open boat equipped with cushions, an awning and a climbing ladder. It will be necessary to remain barefoot on board the boat.
Times may vary depending on the season and weather. In that case you will be notified by the organisation a few days before the activity.
Dogs are allowed on board. If you would like to bring your dog on board, please inform the organiser after booking.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
