Full description
A windsurfing lesson for everyone, beginners and intermediates.
A qualified instructor will be at your disposal for an hour and a quarter. The lesson will be customised to your level; what won't change is the constant support of the instructor and the spectacular natural setting of Poetto Beach.
If you are a beginner, you will learn the basics and test yourself with your first manoeuvres at sea. If you are an intermediate, you will learn advanced techniques and improve your style.
Either way, you won't want to stop windsurfing!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Cagliari. The lesson is divided into two parts: one part on land and one part in the water. This will give you the opportunity to get (or re-familiarise yourself with windsurfing before venturing out to sea.
If you are beginner level: I will teach you the basics like how to stand on the board, maintain balance and adjust the sail. Once you have learnt the theory we will get into the water to put what we have learnt into practice by practising the first manoeuvres.
If you are advanced: after a review of the basics I will teach you more advanced techniques aimed at improving your style. We can also customise the lesson according to your objectives.
In both cases, my support as a qualified instructor will be constant throughout the lesson.
The lesson has a total duration of 1 hour and a quarter.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 14.
No previous experience is required to participate; the lesson will be commensurate with the participant's level.
Other information
The experience takes place from January to December.
The course is dependent on weather and sea conditions.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
