If you are looking for an original and fun sports experience, don't miss this private Power SUP lesson in Riccione. This is an activity that combines pilates, yoga and stand-up paddle in an hour of pure fun.
With this lesson, you will have the opportunity to perform exercises on the SUP board, stimulating all the muscles in your body and working on your balance. But that's not all, you will also be able to enjoy the flat sea of Riccione and the well-being of exercising in the open air.
What we will do
We will meet on the beach in Riccione at the time chosen for the activity, where our instructor will be waiting to take you to the lesson area. After a brief presentation, you will be handed your Stand Up Paddle board.
We will move into the water about five feet from the shore to begin our Power SUP session. We will perform Pilates and yoga exercises on the SUP board, which will act as a mat, to stimulate your legs, buttocks, abdominals and entire body. Thanks to the stability of the board, you will be able to perform the exercises even if you have never tried SUP before.
During the lesson, we will guide you step by step through the movements, adapting to your needs and abilities. Choose the right companions to discover the benefits of Power SUP together: you'll be surprised at how addictive and fun this activity is!
At the end of the lesson, you can use the showers and changing rooms at the lido to change. The activity will last approximately one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is at an easy level and suitable for everyone from the age of 14. No previous SUP experience is necessary.

The activity takes place from June to September, weather permitting.
Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.
