If you love snow and adrenaline sports, don't miss the chance to try snowkiting on the slopes of Roccaraso,Abruzzo's most famous ski resort.
Get ready to discover the winter equivalent of kitesurfing: aboard your skis or snowboard, you will be towed up snowy slopes by the wind inflating your kite.
With one or more private lessons of 1 hour one-to-one, an expert instructor will help you discover the secrets of this exciting discipline: choose how many lessons to take and get ready to whizz across the snow!
What we will do
Your 1-hour lesson will take place at one of the snowkite spots in the Roccaraso (AQ) area. Depending on your level and the winds of the day, the instructor will choose the most suitable spot and inform you of the meeting point.
The programme will be tailored to your needs: it will focus onacquiring snowkite technique, starting with an initial approach to equipment and kite control if you are a neophyte, or on perfecting and improving your performance if you are new to the discipline.
Subject to wind conditions and instructor availability, lessons can take place every day, throughout the day. When booking, you can choose how many to purchase.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is aimed at anyone who has a good command of skis or a snowboard. No previous snowkiting experience is required.

You can do the activity from December to March, subject to weather conditions and instructor availability.
Snowkiting depends on wind conditions. The day before the activity, the instructor will notify you of any changes.
If you purchase a package of lessons, you will agree on the date, time and spot with the instructor.
The participation fee includessnowkite equipment (kite, trapeze, helmet and radio). Ski or snowboard equipment, on the other hand, will be your responsibility.
To participate in the activity, a medical certificate of fitness for physical activity must be presented.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
