There are places where Prosecco is much more than a toast. In the UNESCO hills of Valdobbiadene, five centuries of history await you among vineyards and cellars carved into the rock.
With this experience you will visit the modern and historic Bisol 1542 winery and discover the secrets of sparkling wine making and the evolution of Prosecco Superiore DOCG. At the end of the tour you will taste 6 different labels accompanied by crackers and local artisan biscuits.

What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the Bisol 1542 winery in Valdobbiadene (TV), in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG hills recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We will start the tour from the wine shop and the introductory area of the winery, where we will retrace the origins of the Bisol family and the five centuries of winemaking activity linked to the Valdobbiadene area. We will also discover the evolution of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG denomination and the characteristics of the vineyards that make this area unique.
We will then proceed to the modern underground cellar, a veritable cave carved into the rock and soil of Prosecco. Here we will learn more about sparkling wine-making techniques and the different stages of production, observing the rooms where the wine is processed and stored at a controlled temperature throughout the year.
The visit will continue in the historic late 19th-century cellar, one of the most fascinating areas of the winery. Among historical bottles and family stories, we will learn more about the bond between Bisol 1542 and the Valdobbiadene area, passing through tradition and memory.
At the end of the tour we will sit in the wine shop or on the outdoor patio for a guided tasting. We will taste 6 different types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the Bisol 1542 line, so that we can grasp their aromas, structure and different stylistic expressions. Accompanying the tasting will be crackers and artisan biscuits produced by a local bakery.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.
