Full description
The organic wine you will taste during this tasting will be the best ever.
Why? You willexperience pruning at first hand, contributing to the health of the plants and the quality of their fruit. You will also take part in a visit to the cellar, discovering all the stages of production before tasting Tili Vini's best organic labels by smell and taste.
A 2½-hour experience, at the end of which you will have earned yourapprentice master pruner certificate!
What we will do
The rendezvous is at the selected time at the meeting point at Tili Vini in Capodacqua (PG), in the hills bordering Assisi.
On arrival, we will be welcomed by a member of the winery who will guide us on a discovery of this organic reality. The activity will begin with a real pruning lesson: we will roll up our sleeves and learn how to prune vines and olive trees, to improve the health of the plants and the quality of their fruit. At the end we will receive acertificate as apprentice master pruners!
We will continue with a tour of the cellar, exploring the winemaking room, the bottling room and the ageing room. We will then reach the tasting room where thesensory analysis of the wines will take place: we will taste 5 glasses of organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines accompanied by bruschetta topped with a variety of sauces, a small platter of cold meats and cheeses, and traditional sweets.
The moment dedicated to pruning will last about 1 hour; the moment dedicated to wine will last about 1.5 hours. The experience will last a total of 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended from the age of 18. A reduced rate is reserved for children aged 5 to 13 years; children aged 0 to 4 years participate in the experience free of charge; any minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. Any accompanying paying underage participants will be served a non-alcoholic drink with accompanying food.
The facility is accessible by wheelchair or pushchair.

The experience takes place from October to March and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; please contact the winery at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request a taxi service for a fee.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
