Saddle up on a quad bike and get ready to explore the Crete Senesi on an exciting sunset excursion.
As the sun sets, the hills are tinged with warm hues, transforming the Tuscan landscape into an even more extraordinary spectacle. You will be the one to drive the quad bike along the 45 km route, along panoramic paths, mule tracks and white roads.
A two-hour experience that mixes nature, adrenalin and passion for motors: are you ready to experience it?
What we will do
We will meet 30 minutes before the selected time , just before sunset, at the hiking guide’s farm in Asciano (SI), one of the municipalities in the Crete Senesi area. This area of outstanding natural beauty is characterised by vast expanses of fields, rows of cypress trees, isolated farmhouses and clay-rich badlands.
Before setting off to explore the area, we’ll hold an introductory briefing and a quad bike test drive on an internal circuit. After that, we’ll begin our quad bike tour at sunset, venturing along dirt tracks, unpaved paths and mule tracks.
Bend after bend, we’ll admire the bucolic landscapes as we pass through avenues lined with cypress trees and the ‘biancane’—dome-shaped, whitish-coloured mounds typical of clay soils.A final stop, at the guide’s discretion, will be at the Site Transitoire, a modern sculpture representing a monumental stone window that frames and dominates the landscape.
During the tour, we will alternate between simple trails and more technical sections where we can put our riding skills into practice and make the most of a quad bike’s capabilities.
The activity lasts a total of 2 hours and ends with a return to the starting point. In total, we will cover approximately 45 km on quad bikes.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is open to anyone with a B licence. No previous experience of riding quad bikes is required. Children 3 years and older may ride as passengers on the parent's quad bike.

Please note! The meeting point is in Torre a Castello, a hamlet in the municipality of Asciano, approximately 18 km away.
The route may vary depending on weather conditions and at the guide’s discretion.
This activity is available all year round and can accommodate a maximum of 22 participants, with a total of 11 quads available. There will be one guide for every 4 quads.
Important: the price is per quad. A ‘single quad’ comprises one quad for one person (driver) , whilst a ‘double quad’ comprises one quad for two people (driver and passenger) . The driver and passenger may take turns at the wheel.
The departure time varies throughout the year to coincide with sunset and will be confirmed by the organiser after booking.
If you wish to round off the experience with dinner, the organiser can provide a catering service upon booking: please contact them using the details provided in the confirmation email for further information.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
