Discover the landscapes of theLucanian Apennines with aquad bike excursion along an easy and enjoyable route starting in Casalbuono and ending in Tardiano.
An expert guide will lead you along a route suited to your driving skills, amidst the nature of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park.
If you have never driven a quad bike, this is the right opportunity to try it! You will get to know a powerful and gritty vehicle that can become your adventure companion!
What we will do
We will meet in Casalbuono (SA), where we will meet the guide who will take us on the tour. We will first hold a briefing on the use of the quad bikes and carry out a driving test, which will serve to verify our actual capabilities. Based on this, the guide will select the most suitable route for us, choosing between a more technical and challenging variant and one that is easier and within everyone's reach.
On board our quads we will head towards Tardiano, a hamlet of the municipality of Montesano sulla Marcellana, 864 metres above sea level. From here we will be able to admire a broad panorama of the Vallo di Diano and theLucanian Apennines.
The route will be of mixed terrain; we will cross woods, secondary roads and dirt tracks for a journey of varying length and difficulty depending on the average level of the group (established at the guide's discretion). The activity will last 2 hours in total and will end with a return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to all B licence holders. Children aged 12 and under (accompanied by parents) may also travel as passengers.
Other information
This activity is available from April to October and is confirmed when at least 3 quads are booked.
The price of 60€ refers to the driver of the quad bike. The fee for the passenger is 10€. Switching drivers is not allowed, so if there are two of you and you both want to ride the quad bike, you will have to book for two drivers. The centre has 6 quads for a maximum of 12 participants.
Participants are required to strictly follow all the guide's instructions. Overtaking and dangerous behaviour are not permitted.
