Enjoy a fun activity in nature and challenge the current of the Sangro river on board a rafting dinghy. Our experienced instructors await you for an incredible aquatic adventure!
You will explore a fascinating environment immersed in Abruzzo's nature, amidst beautiful landscapes and dense vegetation.
Gather your group of friends, get ready for a river of adrenaline and enjoy an exciting and 'refreshing' experience!
What we will do
We will meet at the indicated meeting point in Villa Scontrone (AQ), 15 minutes before the time indicated in the booking phase.
Here we will meet the guides and be provided with thecomplete rafting equipment. We will then have an introductory briefing on paddling techniques and safety rules, and then board the shuttle that will take us to the embarkation point in a few minutes.
Once on the rafting rafts, we will begin our descent along the bed of the Sangro river, navigating its cool waters. Alternating between impetuous and calm stretches, we will discover an enchanting environment, dominated by bright colours and lush nature.
We will also be able to disembark from the dinghy to dive into the pure waters of the river and recharge our batteries! At the end of the trip, we will be picked up by the rafting centre's shuttle and taken back to the base, or if we prefer, we can return on foot along a route of about 400 m.
In total, the activity will last about 1.5 hours for a 5 km course.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is open for ages 6 and up. No previous experience is required, only good water skills.
Other information
This activity is available from June to September and is confirmed when there are at least 4 participants.
Changing rooms are available at the meeting point. It is recommended to leave any personal belongings in the car: the rafting centre staff will be able to keep the keys for you.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
