The hire can last half a day or a full day at your leisure.
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Claviere (TO). You will be welcomed by the hirer, ready to hand over the reservede-bike.
The hirer has twin-mounted e-MTBs with telescopic seatposts; each bike has a 720 W battery and aminimum range of 28 km considering an altitude difference of 1,800 metres. The hirer will take care of a customised setting, i.e. he will set the shock absorbers of the electric bike according to your weight.
And after providing you with all the information you need for the experience, you can get on the saddle and venture out to discoverAlta Val di Susa. The hirer recommends the following itineraries, increasing in difficulty: Black Lake, Clavierissima or Colle Begino.
You will then return to the meeting point to return your e-bike. The rental will last a total of 3 ½ hours (half day) or 9 hours (full day) depending on the option selected at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit. The hirer must be at least 18 years old.
The adult cycl ist must be 155 cm or taller; the child cyclist must be less than 150 cm tall.
A maximum weight of 120 kg is required to participate in the activity.
Other information
Rental takes place from June to September.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Please note that the hire company has a limited number of child e-bikes available (for persons under 150 cm tall).
The hire company does not provide child seats. The rental company has one- or two-seater trolleys that can carry children up to 4 years of age or 1 dog; the cost of the trolley is €15.00 for a half-day and €30.00 for a full day.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 0 days from the activity start date. Within 0 and 0 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
