Take part in an evocative horseback ride, from sunset to moonlight!
In the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride through the natural scenery of the Veio Park located a short distance from the capital. In the saddle of your steed you will ride through woods, pastures and streams that will create an ever more evocative setting as night falls.
A 2-hour experience to end the day in the name of nature and tranquillity!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Campagnano di Roma (RM). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this experience.
Having gathered all the participants, we will meet our wonderful companions in adventure: the horses! We will then receive our equipment, proceed to saddle up and participate in an introductory lesson on the basics of horse riding for a carefree experience.
And here we are ready for our night riding: we will ride in the natural setting of the Veio Park, made even more evocative first by the sunset and then by moonlight. We will ride through woods, cross pastures and cross streams, all completely immersed in the silence and peace of the night-time setting. Throughout the entire experience we will be in the company of an equestrian guide who will provide constant support.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 10 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, even if not participating, until the end of the activity.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for first-time horse riders.
Other information
The experience runs from June to September and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.
The start time of the experience may vary for organisational reasons at the guide's discretion and will be communicated to you once you have made your booking.
It is not possible to bring backpacks or bags on the excursion. Horses are equipped with saddlebags in which to place small personal items such as mobile phones, wallets and keys.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport but a free shuttle service is available from Campagnano Romano and a paid shuttle service is available from Rome at a cost of €50.00 each way: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request the service.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
