If you love nature and are not afraid to get wet, river trekking in the Brembana Valley is the experience for you! Jump, dive and swim in a spectacular alpine torrent, among clear pools and natural slides.
Similar to canyoning but without ropes or harnesses, river trekking will let you explore the hidden wonders of a wild torrent for 3½ hours. Adrenaline, fun and spectacular scenery: all you need for an unforgettable adventure!
What we will do
The meeting point is San Pellegrino Terme, in the province of Bergamo. On arrival, the river guides will welcome us and provide us with all the necessary equipment: wetsuits, life jackets and helmets.
After changing, we will board the shuttle that will take us within a few minutes to the river entrance point. Before entering the water, the guide will explain to us the techniques of progression in the torrent and the safety measures to best tackle the experience.
Then it will be time to dive into the water! We will walk, swim and jump along an approximately 2 km stretch of alpine torrent, letting ourselves be carried away by the current and tackling 3-metre jumps (obligatory). Natural toboggans, climbing and swimming stretches will make the route even more exciting.
After about 2 hours in the torrent, we will be back at the starting point in San Pellegrino Terme, where we will have showers and changing rooms available. Between preparation, briefing, actual route and transfers, the activity lasts a total of about 3½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone aged 12 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
No previous experience is required, but it is necessary to be able to swim and not weigh more than 105 kg. Not recommended for those suffering from vertigo.
Other information
The activity can be booked from May to September and is confirmed when the minimum number of participants is reached (5 on weekdays, 3 at weekends).
The facility has toilets, changing rooms and storage for personal belongings.
The meeting point is easily accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
