Ideas for your next excursion: a sailing tour on Lake Garda!
On this half-day excursion you will admire part of the west coast of the lake, sailing from Moniga del Garda towards the Rocca di Manerba and the small island of San Biagio, known as Isola dei Conigli.
Accompanied by an experienced skipper, you will also learn a few secrets of sailing, get to know the flora and fauna of Lake Garda, and enjoy lunch on board with your fellow sailors.
What we will do
The meeting point is Moniga del Garda, 30 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
The skipper will welcome us on board the sailboat and give us a tour before setting sail. Depending on the weather conditions, we will sail or motor. If there is wind, we can help the skipper to raise the sails and take part in the running of the boat - in short, some sailing knowledge could always come in handy!
We will sail past the Rocca di Manerba, one of the symbols of Lake Garda, at a distance of 700 metres, and be able to admire it from a privileged perspective. During the tour, the skipper will tell us many interesting facts about the flora and fauna of the lake, which we will also be able to get to know more closely thanks to the use of an underwater drone that will show us the seabed on a screen.
We will sail to the small and precious Rabbit Island , where we will drop anchor and relax with lunch on board. The menu may vary according to seasonality and the captain's imagination, including items such as cold pasta, savoury pies and fruit, accompanied by soft drinks and beer. During the 45-60 minute stop we can also enjoy a swim in the lake's waters.
After lunch we will begin the return trip to the port of Moniga. The excursion will last a total of five hours.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is suitable for everyone from 3 years of age. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children up to 6 years of age participate free of charge: please inform us of their presence after booking confirmation.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The tour is available from April until mid-September, daily, and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
You will travel aboard a 9-metre sailboat with a toilet, galley, safety equipment, life jackets, awning, table, freshwater shower, climbing ladder at the stern, stereo and cushions in the bow. There is an underwater drone on board that can be used together with the skipper to admire the seabed.

Dogs are not allowed on board.
The venue cannot be reached by public transport. There is a car park 100 metres away.
