Admire the scenic beauty of Lake Garda on an exciting sailing excursion to be shared as a couple, in the company of friends or with the family.
An experienced skipper will introduce you to the world of sailing and take you toIsola del Garda, located near the Brescian shore of the lake: a riot of exotic plants, flowers, and Italian-style gardens sloping down to the lake.
Between relaxation, dips in the water and a good lunch on board, you will spend 6 dreamy hours!
What we will do
The meeting point is Moniga del Garda, 30 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
Once on board the sailing boat, we will be welcomed by the skipper who will show us the boat and explain the details of the tour. Once we set sail, if the wind is in our favour, we will put the sails up and assist the skipper in guiding the boat, learning some useful sailing notions and manoeuvres.
From Moniga del Garda we will sail toIsola del Garda, the largest island on the lake: from the boat we will be able to admire the outline of the splendid Villa Borghese Cavazza, owned by a noble family, with its walls and Italian-style gardens.
During the tour there will be moments dedicated to relaxation, fun and stops with dips in the water. With the use of an underwater drone manoeuvred by the skipper, we will also be able to admire the seabed on a connected screen and get to know the lake landscape, as well as its flora and fauna.
The excursion also includes a lunch on board with products such as cold pasta, savoury pies and fruit, accompanied by soft drinks and beer.
The return to Moniga is scheduled in the afternoon, after a 6-hour tour.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is suitable for everyone from 3 years of age. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children up to 6 years of age participate free of charge: please inform us of their presence after booking confirmation.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The tour is available from April until mid-September, daily, and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
You will travel aboard a 9-metre sailboat with a toilet, galley, safety equipment, life jackets, awning, table, freshwater shower, climbing ladder at the stern, stereo and cushions in the bow. There is an underwater drone on board that can be used together with the skipper to admire the seabed.
You can report any food intolerances and allergies to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
The venue cannot be reached by public transport. There is a car park 100 metres away.
