Full description
Discover the wonderful seabed of theCapo Caccia and Isola Piana Marine Area in Sardinia with adiving experience suited to your level.
You will have the opportunity to dive in the submerged and semi-submerged caves of the Alghero coastline, which can be reached in a few minutes by boat from the diving centre at Tramariglio Bay. The karstic phenomenon of the area makes Capo Caccia and its caves a unique heritage site, protected by UNESCO.
Experienced and certified diving instructors and guides will accompany you safely to the most interesting places in the area, in an atmosphere of joy and adventure. The experience is open to participants holding an Open Water, Advanced Open Water or higher licence.
What we will do
The experience begins 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point at the diving centre in Tramariglio (SS), with a welcome by the guides and the procedures for calmly and safely preparing the necessary equipment.
We will then board the deep-sea dinghy comfortably moored in front of the diving centre and conduct a briefing to explain the characteristics of the planned excursion.
The dive site will depend on the marine weather conditions and the (compulsory) licence held by the participants: Open, Advanced or other. If there are different levels, the group may be divided and assigned to several guides, to allow everyone a fun and challenging experience.
Once on site, we will don our equipment and be ready to dive into the water. The dive will last 50-60 minutes , or depending on the air consumption of the participants; the spectacle of theCapo Caccia Marine Area will be the same for everyone! To visit the submerged and semi-submerged caves , an Advanced Open Water and Cavern speciality licence is required; if you only have an Open Water licence, don't worry: the Capo Caccia seabed offers extraordinary scenery suitable for all levels!
At the end of the dive we will return to the diving centre aboard the dinghy. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is intended for those with an international diving licence and is recommended for 16 years of age and above.

Caution! To visit the submerged and semi-submerged caves, an Advanced Open Water and Cavern speciality licence is required. If you only have an Open Water licence, don't worry: the Capo Caccia seabed offers extraordinary scenery suitable for all levels!
The activity is available from June to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
At the diving centre you can hire complete diving equipment: if you do not have your own equipment, please select theoption 'with equipment hire' when booking.
Rental does not include gloves, as it is forbidden to touch anything underwater or to do anything that could damage the seabed.
Any accompanying persons may participate in the excursion at an extra cost of €20 and use the services of the diving centre and the beach at Tramariglio, such as a beach chair and beach bar.
The boat used to reach the dive site is an inflatable boat equipped with a 200 hp 4-stroke eco Yamaha engine with low environmental impact, ascent ladder and sunshade awning.
