You never forget your first scuba dive!
The Ligurian destination of Noli will be the setting for your sea baptism: in the company of a diving instructor, you will venture from shore to a maximum depth of 6 metres. The audience for this sporting venture of yours will be damselfish, bream and other inhabitants of the Ligurian Sea.
The dive will last 40 minutes and will only be the beginning of your love for diving!
What we will do
The appointment is at 09:00 at the meeting point in Noli (SV). We will be welcomed by thediving instructor, who will accompany us on our first underwater dive, also known as'sea baptism'!
Once all participants have gathered, anintroduction on clothing and equipment, which we will then receive and wear, will take place. We will also be given all the information we need to carry out the experience, such as the finning techniques that we will put into practice in the water.
Properly equipped, we will then enter the water from the shore. During the sea baptism we will be supervised by a diving instructor (every 2 people) who will guide us on our first dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres. Down here it will be possible to spot damselfish, bream, sponges and other species characteristic of the fauna of the Ligurian Sea, one of the best preserved in Italy!
The divewill last 40 minutes, at the end of which we will return to the meeting point for a debriefing in the company of the instructor. The total experience will last 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied on site by a responsible adult to sign a release form.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the activity.
The experience is prohibited for pregnant women and persons suffering from pulmonary problems, asthma and epilepsy.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport; in the latter case, you are kindly requested to contact the instructor at the contact details given in the e-mail confirming your booking in order to communicate your arrival by public transport.
Changing rooms with toilets, showers and lockers for storing personal items are available on site.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point, which has beaches and refreshment facilities nearby.
