A fantastic experience!
The activity consists of a technical briefing and two dives: a shorter one where you explore the area near the meeting point in search of fish and other marine life – your first dive – followed by a trip to the underwater garden, which is a little longer and even more spectacular. The whole experience is made special by the friendliness and expertise of the dive masters and their assistants. Highly recommended.

crazy experience!!!
We had our sea baptism in Riomaggiore on Saturday 24/08/24. It was great! It was the first time for me but Antonio and Roberto, the two NADD-certified instructors, were super patient and immediately put me at ease! Competent and very nice, they gave us a complete experience! Breathing underwater is absurd, I would advise everyone to try it at least once in their life, especially in such a beautiful place as the 5Terre!
