Full description
Have you ever swum among schools of colourful fish or observed a starfish up close? If the answer is no, we have the right experience for you. Experience the thrill of your first scuba dive on the Argentario with an experienced instructor.
During the tour, which lasts about 4 hours, you can admire the marvels of the seabed atIsolotto, Grotta Azzurra or Cala dei Santi starting from Porto Ercole. And to celebrate your sea baptism, you cannot miss an aperitif on board!
What we will do
The rendezvous is at Porto Ercole at the time chosen at the time of booking. Here I will welcome you on my boat together with the team of diving instructors who will accompany us on the excursion.
After leaving the pier behind, we will sail to the first dive site. We will choose the most suitable location depending on the marine weather conditions, the season and the traffic at sea to ensure a safe and exciting sea baptism!
The dive spots along the Argentario coast could beIsolotto, Grotta Azzurra (famous for the blue reflections it takes on especially in the early morning hours), Cala dei Santi or Punta Finestra.
Before diving, we will have a briefing to explain how to behave underwater, prepare thediving equipment (included) and put on the wetsuit. While the first aspiring diver will go into the water together with the instructor, the other participants will stay in the boat and enjoy the view.
Beneath the surface of the sea, meanwhile, the seabed will offer an astonishing spectacle: rocky marine environments populated by crabs, starfish, spirographs, small octopuses, damselfish and wrasse. We will dive with scuba tanks to a maximum depth of 6 m for 15-20 minutes.
After the dive we will tell each other how it went and toast the success of our sea baptism with a glass of prosecco accompanied by snacks. After theaperitif we will resume navigation to return to Porto Ercole.
The total duration of the activity will be about 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is ideal for beginners from the age of 8. Minors require a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
A good state of health is required. Prior to departure, participants must complete an information sheet certifying the absence of serious respiratory diseases or other conditions that prevent diving.
In the presence of a child, please contact the organisers at the contact details received with the booking confirmation to ensure the feasibility of the experience (depending on the child's constitution and weight).

The activity is available every day from May to October, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
The tour takes place on board a10 m motor boat with a maximum capacity of 12 persons, equipped with a toilet, two sundecks, stereo and awning.
Any accompanying persons may come on board (within the capacity and weight limits of the boat) and use the snorkelling equipment and aperitifs for a fee of €70.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
