Full description
You never forget your first time. Especially when you’ve got fins on your feet.
Join our introductory diving session in Noli: accompanied by an instructor, you’ll dive to a maximum depth of 7 metres and explore the seabed of the Ligurian Sea.
An experience lasting over 2 hours – it’ll give you gills!
What we will do
We’ll meet 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Noli (SV). Once there, we’ll meet the instructor who’ll be guiding us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered and the equipment has been handed out, the experience will begin with a briefing during which we’ll receive all the information we need to ensure a worry-free experience: how to assemble the equipment, how to descend into the water and equalisation techniques. This part lasts approximately 30 minutes.
We’ll then enter the water from the shore and practise some preparatory exercises for the dive. And then comes the big moment: accompanied by the instructor, we’ll dive for about 20 minutes to a maximum depth of 7 metres. What’s more, during the dive we’ll be able to spot the many marine species that inhabit the Ligurian seabed!
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point. The experience lasts a total of approximately two and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for children aged 10 and over. Children under the age of 18 must provide documentation signed by their parents.
To take part, you must be in good health.
You must be able to swim to take part.
This activity is not suitable for people with disabilities.
Other information
The programme runs from May to October.
The experience takes place at a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) centre. This dive can count as the first dive of the Open Water Diver course.
There are changing rooms on site with toilets, hot showers and lockers.
Paid parking is available on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
