Is life on land a bit monotonous? Have a look underwater!
With this experience in Sestri Levante, in the province of Genoa, you can enjoy your first scuba dive without needing a licence! You’ll be able to explore the local waters to a depth of up to 8 metres alongside your instructor and see sea bream, octopuses, starfish and groupers.

What we will do
Please arrive 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Sestri Levante (GE) . On arrival, we will meet the instructor who will guide us on this underwater adventure.
We’ll start with a 20-minute briefing, during which we’ll learn about the equipment provided by the centre and the basics of diving. Afterwards, we’ll enter the water directly from the beach. We’ll do some snorkelling to get used to the mask and regulator and make our way to the dive site, then we’ll carry out some preparatory exercises for about 30 minutes: we’ll learn how to equalise, maintain neutral buoyancy and the hand signals for communicating underwater.
Once we’re ready and relaxed, we’ll dive in together with our instructor. The actual dive will last about 15 minutes, during which we’ll explore the bay to a maximum depth of 8 metres. As we swim along the seabed, we’ll be able to observe sea bream, octopuses, starfish and groupers up close.
Once our exploration is over, we’ll return to shore
The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for those aged 12 and over; those under 18 must be accompanied on site by an adult.
You must be able to swim to take part in the activity.
The activity is not permitted for pregnant women. If you have heart or respiratory problems, or a severe cold, you will not be able to take part.
This activity is suitable for a first-time scuba dive and no diving certificate is required to take part.
It is not recommended to go scuba diving within 24 hours of a flight.
Other information
The programme runs from July to September and is confirmed once a minimum of two participants have been reached.
The ratio will be one instructor to one participant.
There are changing rooms on site equipped with showers and toilets. Any personal belongings and valuables can be stored in a secure locker.
Any accompanying persons may wait at the starting point; dogs are not permitted.
There is a pay-and-display car park on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
