If every year you count the days until the lifts open, this is the perfect adventure for you.
Join a group of like-minded people and spend a wonderful day on the slopes of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Together with a ski instructor you can improve your technique and put yourself to the test on the snow of the Tofana Ski Area and the Cinque Torri. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
We will meet at 8.30 a.m. in Cortina d'Ampezzo, at the point indicated in your booking confirmation.
To welcome you there will be me, Giulia, your ski instructor for a day on the most beautiful slopes in the area. After a round of introductions, we will start training in the Tofana Ski Area, just enough time to warm up before raising the challenge level.
We will then take the cable car to the Lagazuoi 5 Torri Ski Area, with wonderful panoramic views of the Dolomites. We will descend on slopes of medium difficulty, predominantly red with some black and blue runs, to be chosen according to the level of the participants.
This day will be an ideal opportunity to improve your skiing technique: I will give you personalised tips and help each member of our small group to correct any mistakes.
For lunch (not included) we will stop at a mountain hut below Mount Averau and you can relax on its sunny terrace or you can decide to have a packed lunch. After lunch we will reach by cable car the summit of Monte Lagazuoi at a height of 2600 metres to enjoy the view from its belvedere: an incredible panoramic balcony over the surrounding peaks and villages.
Finally we will descend towards the Tofana to return to the starting point at around 16:30.
The activity will last a total of 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at intermediate skiers wishing to improve their technique, from 7 years of age.
Children from 7 to 11 years old do not pay: inform the guide of their presence after the booking confirmation. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Other information
The activity can be booked every day from mid-December to April and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 adult participants.
The routes will be chosen by the teacher according to the level of the participants: please communicate your level to the contact details indicated in the booking confirmation email.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
