First ski lesson and first time on skis

Fabrizio was a very good and concise instructor, I learnt the basics to start skiing in no time and I had a great time, he was a very nice person and a very good experience!!!

First ski lessons: very good 😁

Everything went very well, the teacher was kind, friendly and very helpful. We confirmed 3 more lessons with him in the days following the first lesson and we hope to meet again in February to continue. We are very satisfied 😊

Very good, precise and specific lesson!

Today I had my second ski lesson with Alessandro a really good guy, after a couple of blue runs we did a red run and I went very smoothly he reassured me by explaining each movement step by step in detail so as to improve my posture and technique more and more, I feel very satisfied with this lesson after two days of skiing (first time in my life that I ski), I already have them parallel and I feel much more confident, fantastic instructor!

Experience to repeat

For the first time we were in the Folgaria ski resort and having started skiing again after a few years we decided to book this private lesson and I must say that both my partner and I were very satisfied. The teacher Laura who was assigned to us accompanied us during this hour and a half in a competent and pleasant way, from the very beginning a nice empathy was created that made our experience extremely pleasant, we got important advice on how to improve our way of skiing so we feel like thanking Laura. We will definitely be returning to Folgaria next year and will be happy to repeat this experience.

Impeccable service

I thank all the Freedome staff and the Sertorelli school, for understanding my last minute inconvenience and being as supportive as possible. Impeccable customer service, someone always answers every call, by joy they answer Italian, where you can communicate and express your problem, different from foreign call centres where every time it's a tragedy. Young, very kind and human staff. They care about tourism. Despite the misadventure suffered (not on their part), whenever I decide to organise adventures, you will be the first ones I will contact. Refund made within the indicated timeframe Highly recommended, 5 Stars
